Deskripsi PerusahaanPT Cipta Krida Bahari atau yang dikenal dengan nama CKB Logistics merupakan anak perusahaan dari ABM Investama Tbk yang didirikan pada tahun 1997. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik terpadu yang fokus pada industri-industri di bidang energi. Pelayanannya cukup luas, yakni mencakup layanan logistik terintegrasi, proyek logistik, manajemen pergudangan, pengiriman industri dan juga logistik batu bara. Untuk pengiriman industri dan logistik batu bara dioperasikan oleh kedua anak perusahaannya, yakni PT Alfa Trans Raya (ATR) dan PT Baruna Coal Logistics (PT Baruna Dirga Dharma). Saat ini, CKB Logistics fokus pada pelayanannya terhadap industri energi seperti oil and gas, penambangan, alat-alat berat, pembangkit listrik dan juga konstruksi.

Perusahaan sangat mengutumakan keselmatan pekerjanya. Membuat lingkungan Lingkungan kerja ramah dan aman. Selalu audit an inspeksi sebagai syarat setifikasi dari OHSAS 18001:2007

Cons

Load pekerjaan yang tidak ada habisnya. Sebaiknya pihak manajemen menambah sumber daya manusia lebih banyak lagi demi miningkatkan mutu kualitas layanan.

Datang dengan sehat, bekerja dengan aman pulang dengan sehat. Semboyan yang cukup di dengungkan. Perusahaan mendapatkan sefety certificate sebagai bukti mengutamakan keselamatan kerja.

Cons

Load kerja tinggi dan komplex. Manajemen masih kurang memberikan apresiasi atas prestasi karyawana. Lebih harus meningkatkan perhatian dalam pemberian apresiasi kerja.

Pros

Service perusahaan terhadap client membuat nama baik terus terjaga. Memiliki armada angkut darat yang cukup banyak. Untuk mendukung kebutuhan logistik moda transportasi darat sesuai kebutuhan client.

Cons

Office politics kental. Manajemen yang tidak konsisten. Hanya rencana, implementasi lambat. Support HRD tidak ada. Peran HRD juga sangat minim.
