    • Minimal S1 Marketing, Bussiness Administration are preferable
    • Minimal 1 years experience in Customer Retention Marketing
    • Good Communication & Negotiation Skill, Detail
    • Good interpersonal skill, dynamic, energetic and team work
    • Highly organized, displays good judgements, proactive customer development

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for proactive relationship building with customers and agents.
    • Develop strategies and recommendations to retain customers before cancellation based on working with inactive customer/agents
    • Provide solutions or promotional offers designed to retain the caller as a member
    • Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand member needs,providing guidance, and feedback
    • Study, analyze and report on customer feedback methods relative to products, services innovation
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; develop solutions and manage through to resolution
