Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field 2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 3. Account manage at least 20-25 accounts (5000 employees based on average of 250 active employees/co) 4. Understand company requirements and prepare necessary codes 5. On boarding - ensure employees understand how to use 6. Facilitate / upsell more promo codes 7. Managing clients requests/complaints/feedback 8. KPIs - Rides generated by corporates, timely renewals and client satisfaction score (every half a year minimally) Responsibilities: 1. Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs 2. Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
