- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology

- Working experience  2 – 3 years as implementation consultant or business analyst

- Strong logical and analytical preferred instead of technical abilities

- Good presentation and communication skill

- English both writing and oral is a must

- Able to work multi – task

- High attention to detail and high responsibility towards the success of the project

- Familiar with Ms. Access, VB and SQL or equivalent

- Strong ERP or Accounting background

- Experience in determining customer business requirements and objectives; demonstrated ability to develop application designs to meet those needs

- Willing good work in Yogyakarta


- Ability to develop a clear and detailed plan in Software Production system. Monitors    Product Development progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

- Design and review, investigate and analyses business systems, identifying options for creating and improving business processes

- Gather an accurate, detailed user requirement, analyze business process requirements and define the most optimal solutions

- Conduct gap analysis between business requirement and system behavior

- Assists in User Acceptance Test

- Supports and conduct training and implementation material, advice in implementation, and provides post-implementation support
