    Requirements:

    1. Age maximum 35 years

    2. Minimum D3 in any field

    3. Have good communication skill in Bahasa & English (Both of Oral and Written)

    4. Can operate computer & having knowledge with office tool; especially excel & word

    5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

    6. Knowledge of call center telephony and technology

    7. Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in similiar position but fresh graduate are welcome

    8. Good data entry and typing skills

    9. Willing good work in Jogja

    Responsibilities:

    1. Answer respond to emails

    2. Handle customer inquiries by email and social media

    3. Provide customers with product and service information

    4. Enter new customer information into system

    5. Update existing customer information

    6. Process orders, forms and applications

    7. Identify and escalate priority issues

    8. Route calls to appropriate resource

    9. Follow up customer email where necessary

    Pros
    • Lingkungan kerja yang asik dan fun, hubungan antar rekan kerja cukup dekat. Perusahaan juga sering mengadakan gathering ataupun event untuk mempererat hubungan kekerabatan.
    Cons
    • Fasilitas yang ada di kantor masih terbilang kurang sehingga tingkat kenyamanan dalam bekerja pun masih kurang. Work life balance karyawannya masih terbilang kurang baik.
