    Reports Directly to the: Virtual Office Manager
     
    Role Objective: 
    • Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO SUITE Clients and Colleagues.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage Virtual Office Clients
    • Virtual Office Sales
    • Virtual Office Local Marketing
    • Virtual Office Clients’ Set-up
    • Virtual Office Administrative Functions
    • Back-up for Operations
     
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Education: Any business-related course
    • Experience: At least 2 years experience in admin functions; secretarial; reception; front desk; sales; handling customers inquiries and concerns in a service-oriented industry
    • Knowledge and Skills:
      • Secretarial Skills
      • Ms Office/Computer Skills
      • Business Communication Skills
      • Customer Service Skills
      • Office Management Skills
    • Personal Qualities:
      • Service-oriented
      • Eye for details
      • Well groomed
      • Has Sense of urgency
