- Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO SUITE Clients and Colleagues.
- Manage Virtual Office Clients
- Virtual Office Sales
- Virtual Office Local Marketing
- Virtual Office Clients’ Set-up
- Virtual Office Administrative Functions
- Back-up for Operations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Any business-related course
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in admin functions; secretarial; reception; front desk; sales; handling customers inquiries and concerns in a service-oriented industry
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Secretarial Skills
- Ms Office/Computer Skills
- Business Communication Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Office Management Skills
- Personal Qualities:
- Eye for details
- Well groomed
