DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Handle employment and general affair problem like leave, overtime (time sheet), daily worker, employment contract, and insurance claim.
  • Handle accounting task like invoice and petty cash
  • Manage and Coordinate all administrative tasks and people problems
 
Job Requirements:
 
  • Having work experience in Building Construction company is preferred
  • Experienced 5 years in administrative task (GA) along 3 years in managerial role
  • Candidate must have experience in Site project
  • Able to coordinate with multiple tasks and organizational skill
  • Highly motivated, Hard worker, self-initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Computer literate is a must, at least MS. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point)
  • Willing to work in Cikarang / Karawang
  • Willing to work on Monday-Saturday, and Sunday if needed (Overtime Allowance is provided)
