Administration Tender



    Job Description :
    • Monitor the auction tender invitation in a newspaper or other media as determined by the Division of Head Marketing
    • Preparing oil and gas tender documents
    • Responding to complaints from the clients
    • Attending the pre-bid, open –bid meeting and clarification and do all the instructions which is in tender document
    • Coordinate with the internal related company’s documents (SIUP, AKTE, TDP, SKDP, IZIN OPERASIONAL DEPNAKER)
    • Summarizing the success and failed tender’s list
    • Records all the contracts
    • Preparing and calculating bid-bond and performance bond budget to the bank and insurance company
    • Preparing and maintaining the deposits
    • Arrange the most benefit MCU and insurance to the clients
    • Preparing questionnaire satisfaction from clients, and Audit internal or external

    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Economic, or Business Administration
    • Minimum 2 years experience in related field is required for this position
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin
    • Prudent, self-motivated, honest, hard worker, fast learner, high initiative, good personality and communication ability
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel & Power Point), and Internet
    • Able to work under pressure to achieve target
    • Have a good administration skill such as filling and updating document
    • Have a good communication, great analytical, interpersonal skill, and able to work well independently or in a team 
    • Available to join soonest
