  • Responsible to open and run the hotel, including implementation of policy & procedure of International standard
  • Interview, select, hire, train and manage the staff
  • Day to day operation of the hotel
  • Responsible for the financial objective of the hotel
  • Develop and implement the S&M Business plan



  • Relevant degree or related business disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Effective management skills (upwards and downwards) and the willingness to train others
  • Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills, result oriented and problem solver
  • Energetic, hands-on, flexible, motivated and able to work independently
  • Hard working with a good working track record
  • Aspires to achieve goals and set targets
