Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position responsible to handle as follow:
- Carrying out setting schedule/agenda and preparation material of GM’s activities
- Carry out GM administration and filling (including receiving and response telephone for GM)
- Arranging and probably attending in the regular GM meeting
- Taking and distributing minutes of meting in the regular GM meeting
- Translating English-Bahasa
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the GM’s records and files.
- Gather and compile both of monthly and annual report for each department to be reviewed and approved by GM.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, arrangement of office driver, ticket and hospitality
- Any other duties that may be assigned by company from time to time
Requirement and Qualification :
- Female, with max age of 30 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field.
- Min Diploma Degree in Secretary with GPA >2. 75
- Experience with MNC (Multi National Company) will be advantage.
- Attention to detail, good communication & Filing Skill
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Fluent English both oral & written
- Willing to work in CIREBON
