Chief Sales for Aice (Chinese Speaker)

Job Requirements:
 
  • At least 3 years of working experiences , with experiences in sales especially in sales of commercial equipment or cooling appliance in priority
  • Education background: business or trading education background is essential; will be better with additional technological education together
  • Known well of Mandarin in speaking, reading and writing
  • Willing to be placed at Surabaya
  • Well skill in communications and team work spirit
  • With strong enterprising spirit and able to bear pressure, hardship and hard work;
 
Job Descriptions:
  • Daily communication with Aice regional distributors for normal daily issues in order to keep good relationship by means of supplying the solution in time for their new requirement, complain and claim;
  • Daily communication with Aice regional sales manager for normal daily issues in order to follow any new policy from Aice quarter timely, and to solve their requirement, complain and claim in time;
  • At least weekly communication with Aice dedicate technician in DSC (Domestic Service Centre) and selected ASC (Authorized Service Centre) to collect and feedback maintenance summary report to Haier Headquarter Qingdao each week;
  • To feed back the market and competitor information to Haier Headquarter Qingdao timely;
  • Daily communication with Haier Indonesia and Haier Headquarter Qingdao to make sure information transferring precisely and working flow smoothly;
  • To follow up the whole Aice order procedure from PO (Purchase Order) to get balance payment;
  • As the first contact window for Aice business, to solve the daily issue locally, timely and efficiently within the scope of authorization from Haier Headquarter Qingdao. In case of anything out of authorization, feedback to Haier Headquarter Qingdao for further support;
  • To make following monthly visiting schedule 1 weeks ahead and send to Haier Headquarter Qingdao for approval;
  • To handle something urgent, such as batch quality problem, entertainment for VIP or etc, within command from Haier Headquarter Qingdao

    Perusahaan yang menetapkan peraturan yang sangat baik dan peraturan tersebut pun telah menyesuaikan dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan pemerintah sehingga cukup membuat karyawan merasa nyaman.
    Cons
