Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Required language: English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Marketing Administration is required for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available

Job Descriptions:

  • Organizes and schedules meeting, including contacting participant, booking rooms, ordering catering, etc
  • Attends and prepares committee meetings, incl. recording and distributing MOM
  • Acting as a liaison between advertising agencies, suppliers and various marketing services regarding marketing dept requirements
  • Prepare PO, payment request, petty cash voucher, and travel and expenses claim with accuracy and proper signature
