• Supervise production process
    • Ensure the achievement of outputs (quality and quantity)
    • Identify problems and suggest solutions techniques that directly improve the quality of process / product
    • Provide support, encouragement, motivation, instructions to subordinates
    • Have a strong Continuous Improvement and quality mindset


    • Able to implement the improvement concepts (Time Motion Study / Kaizen / Six Sigma / Lean management / TPS / ect.) is a must
    • Bachelor degree majoring Manufacture Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineer
    • Min. experience 5 years in production  area as a leader
    • Strong  Leadership (handle at least 20 employees
    • Able to implement HSE / OHSAS, etc is an advantage
    • Good communications skills and team work attitude
    • Good written and verbal English communication
    • Strong proactive and open-minded attitude and fast learner
    • Target oriented and multitasking
    • Presentation Skill
    • Advanced computer literate
