- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Especially those who have worked in the banking industry > 1 year
- Having the ability in the field of Information and Technology (applications, databases and security systems).
- Excellent proficiency in English both oral and written; preferably with a certificate ITP TOEFL (International Testing Program TOEFL) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
- Knowing well the regulations and legislation, especially the banking sector.
- Has the excellent ability in writing, verbal communication and the use of computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Having the ability in the field of security systems (hardware, software and network).
- Have the ability and knowledge in the field of LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network).
- Ability to work well under tight schedules.
- Initiative, good integrity, discipline and commitment.
- Has the appearance, communication, interpersonal skills and highly motivated.

Bank Perdania officially operate in Jakarta, Indonesia based on Finance Ministry Decree No. 260486/U.M. II dated December 23, 1957 regarding permit to operate the business as a commercial bank. The Bank was established as a means to facilitate better economic cooperation between Japan and Indonesia. This event also served as the nucleus for the formation of Bank Resona Perdania.
