  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based etc
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (job posting, job interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Understand the needs of the hiring position and create job descriptions and requirements
  • Manage various recruitment channels and explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to Management
  • Handle and support ad-hoc projects as and when assigned or appointed
  • S1 and/or S2 in Psychology or Human Resources Management Degree or Related Field is a must
  • Experienced in using DISC tool
  • Experienced in Recruitment and Interviews
  • Effective interviewing skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision making skills
