    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Role:
    We are seeking a talented, results oriented and experienced-in-field person who can support our talent acquisition activities. This role will require one to coordinate, facilitate and support the top to bottom recruitment activities needed for Commercial Vehicles build-up. A successful candidate will have strong planning, organizing and execution ability. The position is also responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment and the entire social media communication of HR. Autonomous decisions should be made about the targeted niches and the content of the social media messages.
     
    Responsibilities: 
    • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
    • Designs a selection and results matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources within Indonesia
    • Explores the market’s best practices in recruitment and staffing, and implements appropriate best practices in the organization
    • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
    • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
    • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
    • Conducts job interviews for all key positions within the organization
    • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
    • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
    • Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers as needed
    • In charge of local event management and university engagements to targeted locations
    • Lead contract management for HR related topics including for regular and special hiring contracts, agencies, etc.
     
    Qualifications:
    • A minimum of four (4) years of working experience in talent acquisition
    • Working knowledge of Social Media and outlets within Indonesia
    • Good PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong English skills
    • Preferably from Multinational Companies

    • Karyawan sangat dituntut untuk bisa multitasking pada saat bekerja. Selain dari itu, lingkungan kerja yang ada di perusahaan ini terlalu dinamis.
    • Poin kekurangan perusahaan ini adalah kurang menantang untuk pekerjaannya, sehingga membuat semangat kerja tidak terpacu dan selalu cepat jenuh pada saat bekerja.
