    Responsibilities:

    • Hands on experience in handling complex labor issues
    • Must have handled, dealt with strike, labor unrest
    • Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings
    • Must have done Long term wage settlement
    • Hands on experience with Statutory compliance
    • Experience in handling Legal cases
    • Must be aware of ER and IR activities
    • Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary

    Knowledge/Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university
    • Placement in Cibitung, Bekasi
    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Industrial Relations ideally within Logistics company
    • Hands on experience in dealing with Union Dynamics, negotiation and execution of Long Term Wage settlements Implemented Statutory Compliance
    • Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources and Change Management Implementation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to interact well at all levels within the organization, including senior management
    • Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements
    • Excellent organizational skills – ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints

    Pros
    • pendapatan karyawan sesuai dengan beban kerja yang ditanggung, waktu kerja yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi karyawan dan adanya penyediaan makan siang.
    • adanya rekan kerja yang baik, suka membantu dan dapat diandalkan sehingga terjalin kerja sama tim yang baik pula dan mudah sekali untuk memonitoring lapangan.
    Cons
    • terkadang karyawan bekerja terlalu santai sehingga banyak pekerjaan yang terlantar, sistem manajemen yang harus diperbaiki agar ke depannya perusahaan menjadi lebih baik lagi.
    • upah yang diberikan tidak sebanding dengan pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan, tidak adanya kejelasan mengenai jenjang karir dan kurangnya pemberian tunjangan.
