- To ensure the food handling, hygiene, health and safety standard are upheld in the kitchen.
- To assist the Head Chef in the food production and implementation of new recipes and menus.
- To check the proper quantity, quality and expiry date of received goods accordance to company’s guideline.
- To ensure that the restaurant is keep clean at all times.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Having minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
- Available Positions: Commis, Demi Chef, CDP, Sous Chef.
