Product Support



    • Handling live chat (Zopim) => main activity
    • Reply offline message on work day  (mainly)
    • Informing customers if there is any error in product.
    • Assisting on replying offline message (weekends)
    • Informing customers on new updated features
    • Informing customers on error message
    • FU pending and open tickets (if email is not possible, phone call)"
    • Assisting customer on product usage online
    • Tidying Zendesk: only her part and check on Dhyan's
    • Writing internal request form (if any)"
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): microsoft office, Communication Skill.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
