- Informing customers if there is any error in product.
- Assisting on replying offline message (weekends)
- Informing customers on new updated features
- Informing customers on error message
- FU pending and open tickets (if email is not possible, phone call)"
- Assisting customer on product usage online
- Tidying Zendesk: only her part and check on Dhyan's
- Writing internal request form (if any)"
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): microsoft office, Communication Skill.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
