    Responsibilities:
     
    HR Recruitment:
    • Proven work experience as a recruiter)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Ability to organise assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc)
    • Familiarity with hr databases, applicant tracking systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision making skills
     
    HR Administration:
    • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
    • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
    • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
    • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
    • Handling medical claim, contracts, and bank applications for employees.
     
    Job Qualification:
    • Average 21 until 27 years old
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology, Human Resource Management or Others
    • Required skill(s): fluent in psychological test, Excellent in clerical and office work or clerical administration.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Mampang Prapatan.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    • Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.

    Pros
    • Lingkungan kantornya tergolong nyaman karena fasilitas yang ada di perusahaan cukup memadai. Di samping itu, kita juga bisa mempelajari banyak hal di tempat ini.
    Cons
    • Kurangnya jumlah man power di perusahaan ini sehingga terkadang kita harus bisa multi-tasking. Job desc yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan di lapangan.
