DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, faxing, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Communicative in English both speaking and writing
  • Able to operate computer
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field
  • Have 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
