    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Responsible for the administrating and maintaining of the telephony infrastructure
    • Experience in IVR and CTI especialy for avaya
    • Process User Request (Add/Delete/Modify (Agent, Skillset, IVR menu; Any request related with IT Support Service; Support requirement from IT Architecture & Change).
    • Able manage and do troubleshooting avaya PBX
    • Ensure network telephony performance and availability to meet daily operation
       
    Requirements
    • Have minimum¬†3 years in similar position
    • Background in Electrical Electrical Engineering, Information Technology Engineering or Informatics/ Computer Science.
    • Have experience in operating and managing Contact Center System such as: Avaya PBX, NICE recording, Front End Apps.
    • Have experience in NICE recordning & CMS
    • Have knowledge of contact center applications such as CRM, Ticketing, Knowledge based, etc.
    • Solid integrity, professionally and personality.
    • Strong initiatives in self-development.
    • Good team work skills.
    • Commitment to quality and timely result of the works.
    • Average in English, Spoken and Written.
    • Highly organized.
    • Strong service attitude.

    Pros
    • Budaya kerja di dalam perusahaan menurut saya sudah meniru ala jepang dimana perusahaan menuntut semua hal terlampir dengan baik dan cekatan.
    Cons
    • Tidak jelasnya management baik dari pekerjaan maupun transparasi performa kerja. Jenjang karir di dalam perusahaan pun masih kurang jelas dan cukup lambat.
