- Having experience in food and beverage industry as cost controller for minimum 2 years in high volume restaurant and bar.
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Honest, team player, loyal, Proactive with other department, eager to learn and willing to grow with company.
- Preparing, monitoring & recording daily food & beverage cost on each individual department (bar, kitchen, service)
- Participates in the month end taking inventory
- Portion control checks with all department head.
- Maintain system list price, vendor quotes, lead time and minimum/maximum inventory level.
- Monitor of purchase order and expedite as necessary.
