DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Having experience in food and beverage industry as cost controller for minimum 2 years in high volume restaurant and bar.
  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Honest, team player, loyal, Proactive with other department, eager to learn and willing to grow with company.
  • Preparing, monitoring & recording daily food & beverage cost on each individual department (bar, kitchen, service)
  • Participates in the month end taking inventory
  • Portion control checks with all department head.
  • Maintain system list price, vendor quotes, lead time and minimum/maximum inventory level.
  • Monitor of purchase order and expedite as necessary.
