- Implementing guide / customer relationship system properly in order to support the activities the company's operations .
- Identify the perceptions and needs of customers to the company , in order to get the strategy right in responding to customer needs .
- Collect and process all suggestions or complaints received that was followed by either by the parties involved in the company .
- Implement an activity or program in establishing good relationships with customers and related communities so as to enhance the corporate image .

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
