- Minimum education background diploma III or having minimum 2 years’ experience in same field, preferred previous experience with hot and cold line cooking technique with excellent knowledge (having Japanese background is an advantage)
- Well groomed and concern about hygiene and sanitation
- Maximum age is 30 years old
- Honest, POSITIVE attitude, Team player, loyal, eager to learn and willing to grow with company.
- Strong mature leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong managerial and communication skill is a MUST.
