Job Description :
- Reviewing and revising / improvements to policy and labor arrangements in accordance with the applicable PP
- Develop a strategy and HR management policy
- Prepare the stages in the selection function, recruitment, remunesasi, training and compensation
- Plan the company's workforce
- Running daily tasks directly related to staffing
- Age 25-35 Years old
- Minimum S1 (Administration / Management / Law)
- Have at least 1 year experience in the field of HRD & GA
- Understand the overall recruitment flow
- Understand good interview techniques and appropriate
- Have innovations in the field of recruitment
- Able English and Indonesian both verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure, work quickly and precisely
