    Job Description :
     
    • Reviewing and revising / improvements to policy and labor arrangements in accordance with the applicable PP
    • Develop a strategy and HR management policy
    • Prepare the stages in the selection function, recruitment, remunesasi, training and compensation
    • Plan the company's workforce
    • Running daily tasks directly related to staffing
     
    Requirement :
     
    • Age 25-35 Years old
    • Minimum S1 (Administration / Management / Law)
    • Have at least 1 year experience in the field of HRD & GA
    • Understand the overall recruitment flow
    • Understand good interview techniques and appropriate
    • Have innovations in the field of recruitment
    • Able English and Indonesian both verbal and written
    • Able to work under pressure, work quickly and precisely
