Provide help-desk support and solve problem for end user.
Modify configuration, utilities, software default settings etc. for the local workstation.
Utilize and maintain the help-desk tracking software.
Install and configure new workstation, peripheral equipment and software licenses.
Report to IT Infrastructure Manager.
Majoring of Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, Cisco Certified Design Associate and Lotus Notes.
Having experience in the related field is required for this position.
