  • Graduate of minimum S1 / Bachelor degree
  • At least 1 (one) year of Sales & Marketing experience in e-Commerce / digital business
  • A natural ‘Sales Professional’ – Ability to take challenges and motivate self behind stretch objectives
  • Has ability to identify opportunities in customer(s) and address opportunities; has operational discipline mindset
  • Ability to penetrate accounts / customer relationship, to handle Top-to-Top meetings with customer(s) with confidence
  • Young, age between 24-27 years old
  • Fluent in English and local language. Computer literate (MS Office) and technology savvy
  • Key Account Executive is responsible for delivering CBD Big 6 in his / her assigned account(s)
  • Lead initiatives execution for his / her assigned account(s)
  • He / She will be the leader guiding and executing True Scorecard (TS) and Joint Business Planning (JBP), and own Top-to-Top engagement with his / her assigned account
  • Fully own CBD Big 6 in the assigned customer(s): e-NOS, e-Share, AR, Fundamentals (Distribution, Promotion / Fund Management, and e-SBD), Control
  • Lead alignment, execution, and tracking of initiatives sell-in, distribution, promotion, and e-SBD with effective trade spending
  • Lead Top-to-Top meetings and TS / JBP with customers, and deliver Sales and Sales Fundamental objectives in JBP with customers
