  4. English (communication level).

Some of responsibilities of CRM Loyalty & Engagement Manager that they are looking for are:

  1. Defining and describing customer life cycle.
  2. Cooperation on new product development in area of acquisition and XSell/UpSell,
  3. Initiation of the new campaigns and selling strategies.
  4. Active cooperation on pricing.
  5. Active monitoring of competitors – with Research department and initiate appropriate actions to be leader in the field.
  6. Reporting and monitoring customer value.
  7. Reporting and monitoring of customer life cycle KPIs.
