- Plan and lead local market research to get insight from market and give a recommendation to both operation and product as preference to gain the target market
- Competitor offering and promotions tracking to measure effectiveness and acquisition result of each program promotion
- Coordinate and analyze customers segmentation and behavior to give a recommendation of segment target in micro cluster to sales team
- Track and report competitor offering and promotions to see which competitor product is growing in certain area and giving an analyze to attack it with our product preference
- Coordinate and analyze product performance to give a recommendation of product preference in order to gain the target in micro cluster level
- Monitor local segmentation strategy to keep update micro cluster strategic product and customer profile preference
- Monitor local consumer retention and loyalty strategy to give an extract offer in order to get more benefit to customer, get more revenue and preventing possibility of increasing customer churn
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): marketing management, telco market landscape, reporting management, experience in marketing and sale area, good teamwork & collaboration, Analytical thinking.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
