B2B Lead Development Representative - Native Chinese Speakers - Jakarta Based



    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
    • Required skill(s): Chinese Speaking (Mandarin), Cantonese, Hokien.
    • Required language(s): Chinese
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Previous experience in telephone based sales environment (preferably includes outbound calling)
    • IT technical knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential
    • Good customer service skills
    • Applicants must be willing to work in MidPlaza Building, Jakarta
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Telesales/ Telemarketing or equivalent.
    • Full-Time and Part-Time position(s) available
    • Candidates must be fluent in business level Chinese dialects (Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese and Hokien) , preferably 2 out of 4 dialects
    • No cold calling reluctant
    • Confident to cold call foreigners / native speakers overseas
    • Highly organized and good reporting skills
    • Can work independently and self motivated
