    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Supervises every CRM activities, also anything related to CRM programs
     
    JOB FUNCTIONS:
    • 1. Increase Customer Loyalty Through Various :
      - CRM Program
      - Partnership with suppliers of same target customers
      - Research on current spending habits on current customers
      - CRM activity
      2. CRM activities & maintenance
      - Responsible for Point customer
      - Responsible in ETP Acselerator for new aplications
      - Responsible for Redeem point Customer
      3. Monthly Report for  CRM
      4. Responsible for VIP Database Maintenance :
      - Applications data entry
      - VIP Card Process
      - Mailling cust
      5. Responsible & handle customer hotline
    • REPORT TO : Marketing Manager
    • Must have communication, administration or business related degree
    EQUIPMENT OPERATED:
    • Personal Computer
    • Internet line
    • UBS server
     
    PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
    - Healthy and fit body condition
    - Able to follow tight deadlines
    - Must be able to work well under pressure
     
    COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED:
     
    BAHASA INDONESIA
    • Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with employees at all levels in the organization, as well as with suppliers, vendors, customers, callers and visitors
    • Must also be able to communicate effectively in written form with employees at all levels in the organization
    ENGLISH
    • Must be able to do intermediate verbal and written communication.
    MANDARIN
    • Not necessary but will be an advantage if can.

    Pros
    • Terkadang ada kunjungan keluar kantor sehingga bekerja tidak selalu harus di kantor. Hal ini pun membuat kerja tidak akan mudah merasa jenuh.
    Cons
    • Suasana kerja yang ada kurang menyenangkan sehingga harus lebih diperhatikan lagi, karena hal tersebut mempengaruhi pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan.
