    Job Descriptions:
    • Recruit potential local candidates in accordance with company’s requirements to be placed at site
    • Maintain harmonious industrial relations and attractive workplace
    • Maintain thorough and complete personnel administration
    • Ensure compliance of human resource practices with existing laws and regulations
    • Oversee General Affairs & CSR functions
     
    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA > 3,20
    • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience at site
    • Great leadership and communication skills
    • Fluent in English both verbal and written
    • Willing to be placed at project site with roster scheme 23 days on/7 days off

    Cons
    • Peluang karir kurang menjanjikan dan berjalan cukup lambat. Hal ini membuat karyawan kurang mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan karir ke tingkat yang lebih baik.
    • peluang karir dan peningkatan karir yang masih kurang terbuka lebar, atasan yang masih kurang bisa berbaur dan bergabung dengan para karyawan
