DESCRIPTION
 
As a BRANCH COORDINATOR, you'll be responsible for overseeing the sales and operation of your branch in a particular geographical area. This could well include several counties, so expect to be fairly busy.
So, what will I actually be doing?
Typically, your specific responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and increasing sales of your branch
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Recruiting and training sales staff and other position needs
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analysing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Reporting to senior managers or / and Director
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Building team ; recruit & maintain team

Qualification :
Candidates must have at least 5 years experiences from F&B industries at the same position also
30-37 years of age
Strong leadership and communication also with minimum 15 persons of team
Bachelor degree any relevant major
Have own vehicle and driver license A and C
Covering  East Java area
Good background and networking for both foodservice ( hotel, resto, cafe ) and Modern Trade ( retailers )
Details oriented person with business minded and the capabilities of communication, negotiation and organizing to customers
