The two highest priorities for your job-scope is to develop and expand the market of the school and provide oversight and direction to the support system of the school, which includes but is not limited to the following: the Human Resources Department, the Admissions and Marketing Communications Department, the Accounting and Finance Department, the General Affairs Department, and the School Library.
You will develop and expand the market of the school by researching and developing sales and distribution strategies to effectively develop the school growth, as well as implementing sales plans and executing sales strategies. Once a certain Customer Base has been developed, your job-scope will expand as you create and maintain an effective sales force that is pro-actively seeking to develop business development activities.
You will provide leadership to the business support system of the school, ensuring that school operations run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently to best contribute to the holistic development of each child under the school’s care. Creating and instituting standard operational procedures for the departments you oversee will clearly be in the scope of your job description. You will set targets for the departments you lead, while ensuring those targets are met. You will provide effective guidance and coaching to the members of your team, while conducting individual job appraisals for those under your supervision.
A minimum of an undergraduate university degree and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience (either a development-related education accompanied by professional communications experience, or a communications or business-related degree (e.g. MBA) accompanied by business development and support-related professional experience).
Significant, proven experience in marketing and/or business development, including a good knowledge of marketing theory and experience in creating and driving a successful marketing plan which generates business.
Demonstrable experience of delivering training, including coaching and mentoring.
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Proficient verbal and non-verbal communicator in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
