- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially from manufacture industry.
- Strong in training, organizational development, Industrial relation, recruitment, ISO and general HR function
- Strong in data analysis using Ms. Excel, and mastering presentation tools like Ms. Power Point.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang.

Job Responsibility :
- Design & Maintain training system (training plan, training syllabus, training evaluation) for new employees and existing employee
- Delivery training for orientation session & company internal training
- Develop HR procedur and system to optimize HR function
- Design and Maintain KPI
- PIC ISO 9001 & 14001 in internal HR
- Design and maintain performance evaluation system
- Support company in maintain good relation among recruitment chanel or others third parties (DISNAKER, BLK, etc)
- Support manager in all HR aspec area.
