DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially from manufacture industry.
  • Strong in training, organizational development, Industrial relation, recruitment, ISO and general HR function
  • Strong in data analysis using Ms. Excel, and mastering presentation tools like Ms. Power Point.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibility :
  • Design & Maintain training system (training plan, training syllabus, training evaluation) for new employees and existing employee
  • Delivery training for orientation session & company internal training
  • Develop HR procedur and system to optimize HR function
  • Design and Maintain KPI
  • PIC ISO 9001 & 14001 in internal HR
  • Design and maintain performance evaluation system
  • Support company in maintain good relation among recruitment chanel or others third parties (DISNAKER, BLK, etc)
  • Support manager in all HR aspec area.
