Account Officer Lending (SME) - Surabaya
- Acknowledge the nature of market based on segmentation which has been stated as fundamental in determining target market.
- Conduct credit process, credit monitoring, and administration based on the regulation that refer to "Kebijakan Perkreditan Bank" (KPB).
- Able to identify costumer need and product offering which correspond to it.
- Conduct credit professionally and compose credit memorandum as credit approval application to credit committee.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree with maximum age 35 years old.
- At least 3 years working experience as account officer lending in banking industry and have database.
- Effective communication and good relationship.
- Able to work under pressure, good interpersonal, and target oriented person.
- Able to analyze financial report.
- Having knowledge about 5C's of credit analysis (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy).
- Placement in Surabaya.
