Qualification :

  • Male/ Female, max.29 years.
  • Min D-3 from any major, Min. 2 years experience
  • Having a good knowledge of Retention Program
  • Interpersonal, Listening & Persuasion Skill
  • Ever Worked as Customer Service or Call Center
  • Basic Knowledge in Ms. Office
  • Mastering Effective Communication Skill

Main Job Description :

  • Work on the phone, making & receiving phones calls from existing customers
  • To keep customers from closing or cancel the services
  • Answer emails and tickets
  • Should give a report periodically to customer care department's supervisor
