DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:
  • Providing the highest level of administrative services
  • Taking detailed notes at meetings and making minutes of meetings
  • Process travel booking for team in departmenr
  • Planning, developing and implementing filing system
  • Organizing timesheet, expenses claim, cash advances, settlement and bank matters
  • Other duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Secretarial or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Secretary or Administrator
  • Expert in administrative and secretarial skill
  • Fluent in Engish both written or spoken is a must
  • Have a good knowledge in basic accounting will be advantaged
  • Good computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Working location : Sunter
  • 1 year contractual based
