    • Supervise technical support team
    • Monitoring SLA, Ticket problem, Resolution.
    • Creating reguler report regarding IT support performance
    • Age maximum 32 years old
    • Diploma Degree of Information System / Technology from reputable university.
    • Experience as technical supervisor min 2 Years
    • Strong knowledge in IT Project Management
    • Having experience in Installation, Troubleshoot maintenance PC/Notebook/Printer, Operating System (Win XP, Ms Windows Vista, Ms Windows 7), antivirus, Ms Office (version 2007/2010/2013), Networking : Hub/Switch, Printer/file/folder sharing, Access Point (Wifi), IP Address.
    • Having good Communication skill, proactive, Initiatives
    • A team player person since you will work in a team.
    • Good English.
