DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Coordinate with LCS Sales Team to provide customer needs, in order for retrofit need from customers
  • Receives and initiates the processing of orders and communicates with the customer on finalized pricing,status, lead times, due dates, routings and delivery information
  • Coordinate customer communication with service team relating to the scheduling of service work and addresing any warranty, replacement and additional parts required needs
  • Address any and all customer concerns relating to final order shipment status, follow up documentation and preliminary response pertaining to invoicing concerns
     
 
 
  • 25 – 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree
  • Proficiency in computers (PC,MS Office,CAD) required
  • Preferable several years of professional experience in the food or beverage industry is advantage
  • Posses a strong service-mind with excellent customer contact skills
  • Willingness to travel  extensively within Indonesia and abroad
  • Very good command of verbal and written English
  • Able speak Germany is advantage
  • Has own vehicle (preferably)
