- Doing all Administration duties, making report and filing.
- Meeting arrangement, travel, accommodation and arrange the documents for overseas and local business trip (included to apply visa, invitation, passport etc)
- Preparing all airplane ticket, hotel, and local transport for employees business trip.
- Making advance and declaration form for employees business trip
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone.
- Maintain petty cash.
- Minimum Diploma secretary, public relation or related major.
- Below 32 years old.
- Pleasant looking with good personality.
- Fluency in both oral and written English is a MUST
- Self-starter with lots of initiatives, Excellent team player - people person and caring individual
- Respect for confidentiality - understands that all information is privileged.
- Has strong reputation to be tight-lipped and dislikes gossip.
- Fundamental secretarial tasks are also included, e.g. managing schedules etc
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Computer literate (Ms word, excel, power point)
- Ability to maintain communication (phone, fax, email), organize documents, files & other records
- Able to start immediately
- Willing to be located Cibitung Kawasan Industri MM 2100 (transportation by company bus to and from factory will be provided in certain pick up point)

KSB Indonesia was established in 1993 as a joint venture with United Tractors. KSB Indonesia became a full foreign direct investment company with major shareholding by KSB Finance SA Luxembourg (94.06%) and KSB Aktiengesellschaft Germany (5.94%) since 1998.
KSB Indonesia offers a wide range of services and activities, from providing solution based on specific application required and produce own pump set package, and additional services given through at site service for pumps and valves and pump rental business. A total of 200 staff commit to first-class customer service, comprehensive support and consultancy. In addition, our engineers and technicians can draw on many years of experience with all KSB products but also products of other manufacturers. Other assets include own warehouse with testing facility, service workshops, and representatives around Indonesia. In order to further improve our services offered to customers at a regional level, KSB Indonesia maintains business relations with trusted and selected dealers.
