DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Planning, prioritizing and managing maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, transportations (operational cars) and utilize resources effectively
  • Evaluating and recommending office supplies purchases to minimize costs and meet business needs
  • Provide operational car
  • Maintain outsourcing manpower (Officeboy, Messenger, Security)
  • Maintain facilities and property management
  • Provide other suppoting functionns
  • Buying and keep stock of household goods office
  • Prepare GA monthly report
 
Requirements :
 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University
  • At least 5 years working experience in the related filed is required for this position
  • Posses knowledge in maintenance planning & scheduling, expense management & budgeting
  • Well familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving
