Quality Control (QC) Technicians (garment product)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Requirements:
  • Education Background: Preferably textile/ready wear education
  • Experience in patternmaker/sample room
  • Experience in Free hand program or pattern maker software will be advantage
  • Worked in buying agent or garment trading company in similar position will be advantage.
  • Require excellent command of English in written and spoken.
  • Quality Conscious
  • Experience in Knit  product ( top, bottom & children )
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the developments/quotations, make sure all is clear, and make a clarification to buyer if needed.
  • Conduct a risk assessment on all samples in initial stage.
  • Suggest alternatives in order to reach best quality. Work together with Senior Merchandiser on all requests.
  • Get back the quotation from the suppliers and analyze the quality. Check the fitting/workmanship/grading of the garment. Send best samples to buyer.
  • Cooperation within other team in Production : Merchandiser, QC, R&D
  • Educate and support suppliers with the aim of improving H&M s quality.
  • Create a good working relation with suppliers’ technicians in order to ensure best final product.

The Production Offices are responsible for placing the orders with the right suppliers, and for making sure that the products are being produced at the right price, are of good quality and delivered at the right time. We also carry out controls and audits to ensure that production takes place under safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions.
 
To sum it up, at the Production Offices we make sure that the fabulous fashion of H&M is fabulous from the inside out.

    Struktur organisasi perusahaan sudah baik dan tertata rapi. Peraturan perusahaan pun dibuat simpel sehingga tidak merepotkan para staff dan karyawannya.
    Cons
    Sebaiknya atasan lebih peka lagi terhadap kebutuhan yang diperlukan di dalam tim-nya. Waktu kerja juga agar lebih diatur lagi agar pekerja tidak stress.
