    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Jobs Responsibilities:
    • Liaise with various promotions and direct marketing on all aspects of leads generation and promotions including site selection, negotiations, booth setup, promoter recruitment, promoters training and maintaining maximum ROI for each event
    • Assist to procure premiums for WSE, which adhere to the WSE corporate identity and will enhance the image and credibility of the company to external constituents.
    • Plan in Center leads generation and promotion activities through monthly quarterly and yearly cycles.
    • Maintain, track and manage prospecting promotional activities to record results for sales follow through, review and improvement.
    • Plan and execute the lectures and seminars with Service team and other aggressive approaches to reach the target
    • Support Sales departments to organize sales events to generate leads and sales.
    • Support Service departments to organize service events to generate student engagement.
    • Lead your given team to achieve company set target via recruiting, training, managing, and motivating staffs and well use the database
    • Responsible for budgeting and evaluating promotion activities
    • Responsible for centers signage site visiting, selection, and handling as well as sales and marketing materials coordination for centers
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years direct sales or direct marketing experience. Better with experience in multilevel marketing, insurance, banking or education.
    • Proven ability to acquire potential customers
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
    • Inspirational, Team-player and proven ability of management and motivation
    • Strong negotiation and people skills
    • Strong analytical background with ability to evaluate programs and monitor results
    • Fluent speaking and written English. B.S. degree required

    Pros
    • Sangat cocok untuk karyawan yang menyukai deadline dan tantangan suatu target perusahaan yang harus dicapai dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan tekanan kerja yang menantang.
    • Macam-macam tunjangan dan bonus besar untuk karyawan sangat memotivasi kinerja dan semangat karyawan untuk maju dan lebih giat untuk bekerja.
    Cons
    • Karena target yang tinggi dan pekerjaan yang tinggi sehingga sangat mengharuskan lembur tanpa digaji karena waktu kerjaan yang sudah ditentukan.
    • Jadwal kerja yang kurang teratur dan kurang terperinci sangat membingungkan karyawan, lembur yang kadang tidak digaji namun di tambahkan di uang gaji.
