Job Description:
  • Measure customer satisfaction and improve service
  • Managing a Team of customer service staff
  • Analyze and record customer's needs and provide information to related team
  • Helping to develop & implement a customer service policy for entire organization
  • Managing multi media marketing promotion
  • Plan develop & organize company communication strategy
  • Socialization & Promotion all the company product or program
  • Investigate and resolves difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matter
  • Conduct time to time survey to evaluates satisfaction of exabytes customer
