DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Melakukan perhitungan pembesian (khusus BBS Supervisor)
  • Melakukan dasar-dasar administrasi
  • Mengkoordinasi pekerjaan di lapangan, kebutuhan bahan, tenaga kerja dan alat
 
Requirements:
 
  • Berpengalaman 4-6 tahun di kontraktor bangunan sebagai Supervisor dalam proyek skala besar
  • Pendidikan STM Bangunan atau D3/S1 Teknik Sipil
  • Menguasai gambar kerja
  • Mampu mengkoordinasi pekerjaan di lapangan, kebutuhan bahan, tenaga kerja dan alat
  • Mampu menerapkan Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di lapangan
  • Memiliki wawasan pengetahuan mengenai peralatan & sistem material besi (khusus BBS Supervisor)
  • Menguasai perhitungan pembesian (khusus BBS Supervisor)
  • Menguasai dasar-dasar administrasi
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek Jawa (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali) dan luar Jawa

Kekeluargaan erat, gaji lumayan, manajemen enak , mengembangkan skill, perlu kerja keras

Cons

Waktu banyak habis di proyek, pekerjaan terkadang merangkap, cuti per 2 bulan (bagi yang di luar pulau).

Bonus tahunan tergantung prestasi kerja, diperlukan kerja keras agar dinilai baik, kekeluargan yang tinggi antar karyawan Perlunya kejelasan kontrak kerja.
