Head of Sales (APAC)

    My client, an European MNC, is looking for a high performing individual to join them as their Head of Sales as they continue to expand into the Asia market!
    Job Responsibilities:
    - Manage and work closely with the Sales Team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and to expand customer base
    - Formulate goals, KPIs, forecast, reports and budgets for the APAC Sales Team
    - Build and maintain long lasting client relationships
    - Manage external sales agents or partners
    - Corporate with Project Managers, Plant Directors, Legal Managers and Finance Managers to negotiate contacts of business
    Job Requirements:
    - Minimum 10 years experience with proven sales achievements, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    - Excellent communication skills to interact with people from all levels, including executives and C-Level
    - Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    - Ability to inspire and drive the sales team and sales process
    - Good knowledge in Low Voltage system integration with experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Process Industries.
    - Regional exposure in business development and sales in Asia Pacific is a must
