Program Manager - Jakarta Call Center



    • Implement plans  to meet and exceed the sales and revenue budgets
    • Recruitment and development of new staff to build the telesales team
    • Handle customer and staff issues
    • Communicate vision and sales goals to drive performance and culture
    • Maintain market awareness and knowledge of competitors
    Key Skills and Experience Required :
    • Maximum 40 years old
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a management role working to set KPI’s in a team environment
    • Proven experience in successful performance coaching
    • Experience in recruitment and proven ability to select quality staff
    • Ability to analyse result and develop plans to drive performance
    • Strong communication and ability to influence a team
    • Excellent time management skills
