Analyst - IT Recruitment
- Dealing with HCBP and line managers (users) to clarify requirements and list of candidates
- Developing and maintaining recruitment channel to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Dealing with third party (Web providers, assessment providers, etc) related with recruitment process
- Organize and conduct end to end selection process with focus on job person match and acceptable time to hired
- Developing candidate database for current and future recruitment request
- Acting as account manager of candidates in selection process
- Proactive coordination with various departments in delivering recruitment needs.
- Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress
- Manage and update all recruitment administrative document and relevant
- University graduate (S1) majoring Psychology or Social Science or Engineering Management with at least 5 years experience in recruitment or headhunter
- Must have proven skills in implementing assessment tools (e.g. BEI, Assessment Center, etc)
- Experience in using technology to source high caliber talent (e.g.: LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, Internet searching, Online Networking).
- A goal oriented, full of initiative individual, able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of users required.
- Exposure in telecommunication or high-tech business would be an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
